TH2521 - Shenzhen Chuangxin Instruments Co., Ltd.

TH2521 AC Milliohmmeter is a high-performance and intelligent tester widely used to test contact resistance, internal resistance and battery voltage. The application of constant current source with 1kHz frequency can greatly eliminate the potential error caused by thermoelectricity on DUT. This meter has the function to automatically detect contact failures on test cable. At the range of 30mΩ, basic R resolution can reach 1μΩ. It is applicable for transformer, inductance coil copper resistance, relay contact resistance, switch, connector contact resistance, wire resistance, PCB line and via reistance dan metal defect detection, etc. In the mean time, signals, such as HIGH, LOW, PASS, can be output through HANDLER interface, thus it is very convenient to be used in automatic production line.

  • USB-8452, 3.3 MHz I2C, 50 MHz SPI I2C/SPI Interface Device

    781964-02 - NI

The NI USB‑8452 is a master interface for connecting to and communicating with inter-integrated circuit (I2C) and serial peripheral interface (SPI) devices. With plug‑and‑play USB connectivity, the USB‑8452 is a bus-powered, portable solution to communicate with consumer electronics and integrated circuits. It also includes eight general-purpose digital I/O lines for a variety of applications, such as configuring the address of I2C devices, toggling LEDs, or strobing convert and data ready lines common to analog converter chips. You can physically place the USB‑8452 more closely than PCI interfaces to I2C/SPI devices, which reduces I2C bus length and minimizes noise problems. Additionally, the interface provides +5 V and GND to power circuits with no external power supply.

  • Manual Tuners / Impedance Tuners

    Maury Microwave Corporation

Maury manual tuners are based on precision slide screw technology that utilizes broadband slab line transmission structure and passive probes to create impedances for devices. The probes are designed to be very close to onequarter wavelength in the linear dimension at the mid-band of each range. Since each tuner has two probes, this results in improved matching characteristics for each unit. Another key feature of this series of tuners is the inclusion of a LCD position readout of the carriage position on those units operating below 18 GHz. Higher frequency tuners utilize a micrometer carriage drive. The positional repeatability and high matching range of these tuners make them ideally suited for use as a variable impedance source in applications like device characterization. Such measurements depend upon the ability of the tuner to establish impedances out near the edge of the Smith chart and to reproduce the electrical characteristics as a function of mechanical position. The tuners in this series are also easy to use due to the nearly independent electrical results of the mechanical motions. The depth of penetration of the probe into the transmission line determines the magnitude of the reflection, while the position of the probe along the line determines the phase. While there is some interaction, the effects are almost independent of each other. https://www.maurymw.com/images/mw-rf/mst982e35.jpg
