Analog Devices Inc.
Analog Devices current mirrors are precision, high dynamic range, wide variable supply parts used for optical power monitoring, voltage biasing with current monitoring, and voltage-to-current conversion. Our current mirrors can monitor current down to as little as 3 nA and as much as 3 mA, with a linearity of 1% or better. The current dynamic range is 120 dB or 6 decades of current range, while the overcurrent protection feature in our devices forces the input pin to ground to avoid part damage. Over temperature (–40°C to +85°C) and process, the dynamic range only suffers 10 dB at the lower end of the range.

55282A -
Keysight Technologies
The 55282A Flatness Accessory Kit is composed of an 10759A Footspacing Kit and two 10773A Flatness Mirrors. The footspacing kit provides three precision baseplates, with 50.8 mm (2 in), 101.6 mm (4 in), and 152.4 mm (6 in) pad spacing respectively, that minimize the grid setup and data accumulation time required for plate calibration. The flatness mirrors provide 100 percent reflectance and turn the direction of an incoming laser beam 90 degrees.

M-SWITCH -
M³ Measurement Solutions Inc.
The M-Switch series of adjustable, modular mounts are designed to redirect a horizontal interferometric set-up to a vertical one. This vertical orientation can help reduce distortion effects commonly found from clamping, and reduce alignment time. There are 4 primary versions of hardware designed to enable testing of mirrors, windows, lenses and lens assemblies. Holding of the part under test can be done with a variable 3 arm mount (for flexibility) or our kinematic mount (for high volume). Reference mirrors can be supplied with a variety of flatness and coating specifications to match your application needs.

Keysight Technologies
Beam directing and reflecting optics simply reflect, bend or translate the beam, but do not typically modify the polarization, except for polarizing beam splitters. For example, mirrors, cube corners and retroreflectors are attached to objects that move in order to keep the weight down on the moving object (instead of mounting the interferometer on the moving object).

Sciencetech, Inc.
Sciencetech manufactures four high power versions of class AAA fully reflective solar simulators. Sciencetech''s proprietary fully reflective design uses metal coated mirrors and passes the whole spectrum, no compromise. This is a distinct advantage over refractive based systems that are limited by the properties of the transparent material used.

10777A -
Keysight Technologies
The Keysight 10777A Optical Square, used with Keysight straightness measurement optics, adds squareness measurement capability to the Keysight5530 Laser Calibration System. The optical square measures the squareness of axes during laser calibration of a machine tool. The Keysight 10777A uses two accurately-aligned mirrors to direct an output beam at precisely 90 degrees to an input beam.
