The Multi-Zone Monitor provides continuous detection of refrigerant gas levels in up to 16 separate test zones and can be fitted with an optional two channel 4-20 mA current loop board for connection to remote monitoring equipment. Multi-Zone monitors retain a log of previous readings that can be easily accessed for analysis. Four relay contacts are provided that can be programmed to trigger external alarm devices in the event of a system fault, or if a leak (small), spill (medium) or evacuation (large) level of gas is detected, while audible and visual front panel indicators show alarm and fault conditions.

The MVR Series of Muzzle-Velocity Radars are Doppler-CW transceivers that measure the velocity of viewed objects such as projectiles. They use phase-locked millimeter-wave transmitter-receivers along with an integrated radome-protected antenna to illuminate objects under investigation. An optical boresighting aid provides alignment assistance for the narrow radiation patterns. Reflected signals from the target are received by the antenna and mixed to produce a video output equal to the Doppler spectrum of the target. A low-noise, variable gain video amplifier can drive a 50-ohm cable up to +1 volt output. The video amplifier has a feed-forward DC offset compensation circuit that extends the Doppler frequency response from under 1 Hz to over 2 MHz. An integrated DMM and LCD display on the front panel monitors various test points within the sensor to verify proper operation. The extremely rugged design allows the MVRs to withstand high acousitic shock environments so they can be located in close proximity to the projectile source.

The LTC®2992 is a rail-to-rail system monitor that measures current, voltage, and power of two supplies. It features an operating range of 2.7V to 100V and includes a shunt regulator for supplies above 100V. The voltage measurement range of 0V to 100V is independent of the input supply. Two ADCs simultaneously measure each supply’s current. A third ADC monitors the input voltages and four auxiliary external voltages. Each supply’s current and power is added for total system consumption. Minimum and maximum values are stored and an overrange alert with programmable thresholds minimizes the need for software polling. Data is reported via a standard I2C interface. Shutdown mode reduces current consumption to 25μA typically.

The equipment integrates a “smart” charger (Sorensen XG 1700 or Kepco KLN 1500W) with NuVant Systems high power discharge electronics. The "power test" discharges battery packs at high power (10,000 watts), while tracking module voltages. The software monitors up to 40 module voltages at a time, identifying any weak modules. The "smart" charger performs charging constant current (CC), constant voltage (CV) and complex mixed mode constant current – constant voltage (CCCV) charging protocols at voltages up to 600 V. This enables recharge of any type of rechargeable battery.
