The Keysight 1146B AC / DC probe provides accurate display and measurement of currents up to 100 A DC or peak AC / DC to 100 kHz without breaking the circuit. The 1146B AC / DC probe has hall-effect sensor technology to measure AC and DC signals. It is compatible with any Keysight oscilloscope with 0.2 to 0.5 V / div sensitivity and 1 MΩ BNC input.

  • Probing Adaptors

    Nexus Technology, Inc.

Accessories primarily enable the connection between an industry standard logic analyzer footprint (D-Max, Mictor, P6860, etc) and an instrument probe. For example, a connection between a D-Max footprint and the digital channels of an MSO (Mixes Signal Oscilloscope). They can also enable the interconnect of a probe to a different industry standard footprint. Adding flying leads to a probe designed for a mictor footprint and a probe tester are also some of the accessories that are available.

  • DDR4 MSO Probes

    FuturePlus Systems

The DDR4 DIIM and SO-DIMM Mixed Signal Interposers connect Address, Command and Control signals of a DDR4 bus to the Keysight V-Series Oscilloscopes with the MSO option. These interposers also provide accessibility to DDR4 signals for convenient analog probing. The user can then easily observe both the digital and analog representation of the DDR4 Address, Command and Control bus. Solder down N5541A analog probes purchased separately from Keysight Technologies.

  • DDR3 MSO Probes

    FuturePlus Systems

The DDR3 DIMM and SO-DIMM Mixed Signal Interposers connect Address, Command and Control signals of a DDR3 bus to the Keysight V-Series Oscilloscopes with the MSO option. These interposers also provide accessibility to DDR3signals for convenient analog probing. The user can then easily observe both the digital and analog representation of the DDR3 Address, Command and Control bus. Solder down N5381B analog probes purchased separately from Keysight Technologies.

  • Track and Hold Data

    Analog Devices Inc.

Track and hold amplifiers are used to expand the bandwidth and/or high-frequency linearity of high-speed A/D conversion and signal acquisition systems. Track and Hold Amplifiers can be used in various applications including RF ATE Applications, Digital Sampling Oscilloscopes, RF Demodulation Systems, Digital Receiver Systems, High Speed Peak Detectors, Software Defined Radio, Radar, ECM & ELINT Systems and High Speed DAC De-Glitching.

  • AC/DC Current Probe, 100 MHz, 15A

    N2893A - Keysight Technologies

The Keysight N2893A is a 100 MHz bandwidth, active current probe for InfiniiVision and Infiniium oscilloscopes. The probe features flat bandwidth (DC-100MHz), low noise(<2.5 mA rms) and low circuit insertion loss. Auto demagnetization (degauss) and calibration removes any residual magnetism and unwanted DC offset in the probe. The probe is powered directly by the InfiniiVision and Infiniium Autoprobe interface, eliminating the need for an additional power supply.

  • Power Measurements For The 3000A/T/G X-Series

    D3000PWRB - Keysight Technologies

The power software package for Keysight’s InfiniiVision 3000A, 3000T, and 3000G X-Series oscilloscopes enables a broad range of automated power supply characterization measurements including critical frequency response measurements (3000T/G X-Series only) such as power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) and control loop response. This package also enables hardware-based pass / fail mask testing and USB PD triggering and decode (3000T/G X-Series only).

  • MIPI M-PHY Protocol Analyzer

    U4431U - Keysight Technologies

Power to meet the needs of today’s and tomorrow’s designs Up to Gear 3 HS data rates Up to 16 GB trace depth Up to 4 data lanes Complete insight into complex designs Track multiple M-PHY busses from the PHY to the application layer Raw Mode 8b/10b data views Infiniium Oscilloscope integration Powerful interface that allows unlimited customization of system views

  • Automated Test Interface

ATI-100 - Matrix Test Equipment Incorporated

Now, with our ?New? Model ATI-100 you can turn your existing Matrix Signal Generator and Switchable Filter Bank into a full-blown DTS (Distortion Test System). Plug and play is the word, just plug in your Multiple Frequency Signal Generator, Switchable Filter Bank, Spectrum Analyzer, Oscilloscope, Power Meter, Frequency Counter, etc. to allow the following automatic testing with a single insertion of DUT (device under test

  • High Voltage Probe: Single-Ended

    Tektronix, Inc.

A high voltage single-ended probe is typically used for measuring ground referenced signals up to 40 kV. However, some single-ended probes are designed for oscilloscopes with isolated or floating inputs for measurements that are not ground referenced. Users should select probes with a low input capacitance specification (< 4 pF) to minimize the probe’s loading effect on the circuit because a probe with lower input capacitance will offer higher input impedance at higher frequencies.

  • Logic Analyzers

    Scientech Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Logic analyzer is the electronic instrument which is widely used for testing complex digital or logic circuits. It captures and displays multiple signals from a digital system or digital circuit. Although oscilloscopes can perform many of the functions of a logic analyzer, the analyzer is more suited to operating in a digital environment because it is able to display relative timing of a large number of signals. The PC logic analyzers are a particularly cost effective method of creating an analyzer.

  • DC Power Analyzers

    Keysight Technologies

DC Power Analyzer provides unrivaled productivity gains when sourcing and measuring DC voltage and current into a DUT. The Keysight N6705C DC Power Analyzer is a highly integrated instrument that combines up to four advanced DC power supplies, DMM, oscilloscope, arbitrary waveform generator and datalogger. It provides an easy-to-use interface, with all sourcing and measuring functions available from the front panel. The N6705C makes these tasks easy:

  • Offline Viewing and Analysis: Data Import Tool

    B4610A - Keysight Technologies

The B4610A data import tool allows you to import external data into the logic analyzer application for analysis just like data acquired by logic analyzer acquisition hardware. The application runs on a logic analyzer or an external PC. Virtual import modules read data from a module CSV or module binary (ALB) file and make it available to a wide variety of display windows and analysis tools. Module CSV files can be created by external tools or saved from any logic analyzer module. Module binary (ALB) files are created by Keysight InfiniiVision 7000 Series, 6000 Series, or 5000 Series oscilloscopes. Data import modules are a licensed feature. You can evaluate the data import capability on up to 16 rows (states) of imported data without a license.
