  • Proprietary Software

    WinFT - D&P Instruments

WinFT is our proprietary software which makes D&P instruments so functional and easy to winft1_largeuse. Based on the Windows operating system, this software provides simple and intuitive control of the instrument. All of the usual File functions are available, as well as controls over instrument settings such as resolution, apodization, zero-fill and number of coadds. Display options enable the user to display interferograms, spectra or both, as well as to adjust plot scales and units. Onboard math processing allows for real-time calculation of ratio, difference, and absorbance, and when using our calibrated hot-cold blackbody calibrators, the ability to measure calibrated radiance. Further, WinFT offers the ability to measure sample temperature in the radiance function by matching a Planck to the calibrated radiance. With the gold diffuse plate, the software can also compute and display absolute emissivity of samples. Our software also enables exporting of data files, now made even easier with our USB and LAN connections. In addition, the software has been designed to be easily run using the keyboard function keys and single letter commands, making the use of a mouse in the field optionalas well as minimizing key strokes when taking measurements in the field.

  • Light Sources

    Inframet

There are many low cost artificial light sources used for illumination or for industrial applications: tungsten or halogen bulbs, fluorescent lamps, LED lamps etc. Some of these sources have regulated intensity of emitted light. However, there very few calibrated light sources of precisely known parameters. A light source can be considered as calibrated when its user can precisely regulate its photometric/radiometric parameters like luminance (or illuminance), radiance (or irradiance) at defined spectrum of interest. Such light sources are needed in many applications among them, in systems for testing night vision devices, VIS-NIR cameras and SWIR imagers. Inframet offers a series of calibrated light sources that can be divides into three groups:

  • Instrument Systems Display Measurement

    Konica Minolta Sensing Americas, Inc

Instrument Systems brings you a selection of exciting turnkey systems for use in evaluating display characteristics. It allows for the easy measurement of different spot sizes due to the variety of interchangeable lenses. Instrument Systems display measurement products are extremely responsive and produce highly precise results. Like many of the Instrument Systems products, they work well in collaboration with each other. These advanced systems are based on several display measurement instruments including the Spectro 320 and CAS140 CT spectroradiometers and our leading telescopic optical probe, the TOP 200. The TOP 200 is primarily used for work in panel graphics and display testings. It measures radiance and luminance intensity, delivering images spots in perfect round shapes, unlike competitor products which are prone to blurring and imperfect elliptical shapes. Instrument Systems can guarantee TOP 200’s low polarization and reproducible results due to their patented mode mixer which is incorporated into the optical fiber connection. No matter what type of display measurements you require, Instrument Systems can provide a setup that goes beyond your expectations.
