  • Data Acquisition Instruments (DAQ)

    NH Research, Inc.

Each data acquisition device channel provides its own high resolution 24-bit DAQ, a separate per channel measurement range, and each channel is fully isolated from all other channels. This makes it possible for adjacent voltage channels to measure cell voltages as well as module, string and pack voltages at the same time (figure 1). Additionally, temperature measurement channels are independently programmable for each thermocouple type (B, E, J, K, N, R, S, and/or T) allowing any combination of temperature sensors to be used.

  • TEV Antenna

    Techimp HQ S.r.L

TEV sensor is a partial discharge sensor whose working principle is based on a direct Capacitive coupling with a Switchgears earthed metal case. The two ends of TEV sensor can be coupled magnetically to virtually any opening on a metal Surface. It picks up the electric signal given by PD activity onto the two metallic surfaces. Thanks to its special design has high sensitivity, larger than other single ended TEV sensors. His compact and robust design (passive sensor) makes the TEV the optimal sensor for direct installation on medium voltage Switchgears.

  • Thermistor Power Meter

    N432A and 432A - Keysight Technologies

The 432A / N432A power meter is an automatic, self-balancing power meter for use with temperature compensated thermistor sensors. High efficiency and good radio frequency (RF) match are characteristics of the 478A and 8478B coaxial and 486 series (now discontinued) waveguide thermistor mounts that cover the frequency range 10 MHz to 40 GHz. Each thermistor mount contains data showing the calibration factor and effective efficiency at six frequencies, directly traceable to the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) at those frequencies where NIST provides calibration service.

  • Ultrasonic Sensor

    CH-101 & CH-201 - Chirp Microsystems, Inc.

Tiny millimeter-sized ultrasonic Time-of-Flight sensor is 1/1000 the size of conventional sensors. Ultralow power ultrasonic sensor consumes only microwatts while performing ultrasonic echolocation. This enables always-on sensing for wake-on-approach application for tablets, notebooks, monitors, smart locks, security cameras, and other smart-home devices even when they are running on battery only. Chirp offers an easy-to-use ultrasonic software library (USL) that provides 2D and 3D position tracking using Chirp’s proprietary hardware. Chirp has developed proprietary and patent-pending gesture classification library (GCL) based on machine learning and neural network algorithms. Ultrasonic sensing solution provides millimeter-accurate range information.

  • Thermopile Sensor

    Thermopile - JonDeTech

The thermopile leads can be arranged in different manners; for most commercial sensors of today, typically, horizontal or “in-the-plane” architecture is used. The reason for this is strictly process related. Microelectronic processes have historically been developed to make lateral structures on silicon wafers. However, this is not always the best sensor solution since the hot and the cold junctions are placed next to each other on the same surface. To use this as a infrared sensor an aperture must be integrated with the thermopile so that the heat radiation strikes only a limited area, i.e. the hot junction of the sensor. In other words, the full surface of horizontally configured thermopilescan’t be used, neither can true “contact mode” be utilized.

  • Enhanced Vision Systems

    Elbit Systems of America®

Elbit Systems of America’s Degraded Visual Environment (DVE) solution uses intuitive 3D grid symbology along with a helmet tracker to provide critical helicopter/tilt-rotor cues during brownout operations. This system, which is an upgrade to the head-up display installed on many military helicopters, removes weight or drag penalties by eliminating nose-mounted sensors. The helmet tracker provides numerous ancillary benefits such as depicting the other pilot’s Line of Sight (LOS) for improved crew coordination, as well as providing the ability to slew weapons or optical payloads to the pilot’s LOS, hands-free and heads-up.
