The selection of the test socket is critical to the performance of a device during qualification testing where electrical bias and signals are applied. Key factors such as mechanical compatibility, operating temperature, ability to withstand high moisture levels, signal speed and lead inductance/capacitance all need to be taken into account when selecting the best socket for the test application.

  • Voltage and Current Amplifier

    CMS 356 - OMICRON electronics

The CMS 356 is a voltage and current amplifier for analog low-level signals provided by a CMC test set or by any other signal source, such as a digital real-time power system network simulator. When used in combination with a CMC test set, the amplifier extends the capabilities of the test set to provide additional output channels and higher amplitudes.

  • 6000 Series Digital I/O Modules

    Pacific Instruments, Inc.

Series 6000 digital I/O modules record signals from frequency counters, flow meters, encoders, discrete transducers, IRIG time, etc. which are often part of the test environment. These digital signals are time aligned and recorded alongside the system’s analog measurements. High density digital inputs provide an opportunity to easily include facility controls like switches, valve positions, relays, lights, etc. along with the test data. Series 6000 digital I/O modules also provide outputs generated by user command or automatically by Sequence, Alarms or DSP. User generated outputs are accomplished in software while sequencers can be programmed prior to a test and initiated by program or hardware control. Alarm conditions preprogrammed on the analog side can automatically generate digital outputs which are typically connected to facility control systems or PLCs. A DSP adds powerful real-time processing and is appropriate for PID control loops, derived parameter calculations and a variety of other real-time operations.

  • Linescan SWIR Camera

LINECAM12 - Princeton Infrared Technologies, Inc.

The LineCam12 is an advanced linescan SWIR camera with 14-bit digital data at 37klines/s on USB3 or Camera Link™ outputs. The SWIR camera currently comes in two varieties: 250 μm tall pixels for spectroscopy and 12.5 μm square pixels for machine vision applications. The camera has incredible versatility enabling full wells from 75ke- to 100Me- with 128 steps of variation as well as integration times from 10 µs to 150s. On chip optical pixel binning (where every other detector is disconnected from the ROIC thus signal is captured by neighboring pixels) is available by command to trade spectral resolution for increased signal level. Pixel skipping or binning is also available allowing for 48k lines/s at 512 resolution in the same camera platform, activated by a simple command structure. The TEC stabilized camera has 31 non-uniformity correction (NUC) tables with 15 factory set and 16 user defined tables to enable flexibility for the given environment.

  • Digital Interface

    DNTBOB-88 - Lectrosonics, Inc.

BOB 88 is a high quality, general purpose interface to transmit and receive line level analog audio signals via a Dante network. Analog inputs are converted to digital and appear on the network as transmit channels. Audio for the analog outputs is taken from subscriptions to transmit channels on the network from other sources. When connected to a network, each break out box will appear as a separate device in the Dante Controller software interface.

  • Digital I/O Module with 32 24V inputs

    IO206 - Speedgoat GmbH

This I/O module is a dedicated digital I/O module providing 32 channels of 24V inputs. The inputs are galvanically isolated by opto-couplers. All channels have a common freely programmable debounce time. Each IO206 I/O module comes with xPC Target driver blocks and Simulink test models, an external shielded 50-pin I/O cable and a terminal board for easy access of all physical I/O signals, and comprehensive documentation.

  • Direct Reading Attenuator

    DAXE - Elmika

DAXE Millimeter-Wave Direct Reading Attenuator is a measurement instrument for signal level setting or loss measurements in waveguide networks. It also can be used for calibration of other attenuation measurement instruments. Direct Reading Attenuators have rotary-vane design. The value of attenuation is determined by rotation angle of resistive film with respect to the waveguide channel. Attenuation value does not depend on of frequency. The Attenuators are provided in waveguide bands between 18 GHz and 225 GHz.

  • FPGA Card

    VP869 - Abaco Systems Inc

The VP869 is a high-performance 6U OpenVPX FPGA processing board featuring two Xilinx® UltraScale+™ FPGAs and a Zynq® 7000 Series multiprocessor system-on-chip (MPSoC). It is designed for the most demanding mission critical military, defense, and industrial applications where extreme FPGA processing and I/O bandwidth capabilities are needed.
