  • Counters and Timers

    Orbit Controls AG

Orbit Controls counters and timers are designed for connection to practically all industrial sensors and pulse sources . They can be used as process monitors to display the process variable to be measured or as process controllers for control and monitoring tasks. The devices display and process pulses and frequencies, as well as quadrature signals from incremental and absolute encoded rotary encoders. In addition to information on the display, the devices also generate data and analog outputs and monitor preselected limit values. The process parameters are entered via the keyboard so that the display is calibrated in the required units and the output signals, serial interfaces and limit values are optimized.

  • Low Noise Pre-Amplifiers

    Praxsym

Low Noise Pre-Amplifier and companion external low noise amplifier (LNA) are used to amplify low level microwave signals. The Pre-Amplifier contains an AC/DC power supply, internal low noise amplifier, and a bias tee to source a DC bias voltage on the RF input connector. To overcome cable loss between the test antenna and the Pre-Amplifier assembly, a remote low noise amplifier (LNA) is mounted directly onto the 10 GHz antenna. A bias tee inside the Pre-Amplifier chassis powers the remote LNA through the coax cable interconnecting the pre-amplifier and the 10 GHz test antenna.

  • Miller 400A

    44500 - M. C. Miller Company

Rugged, lightweight case - safe to use on wet ground• Weatherproof, even with lid removed - IP67 rating for dust and water intrusion• Convenient case lid removal for ease of movement, with test leads attached, to new measurement locations• Resistance measurement range from 0.01Ω to 1.1MΩ • Resistance measurements are unaffected by any stray interference signals that may be present in the earth during readings, due to the use of narrow band-pass filters centered at 97Hz (the unit’s operating frequency)• Runs on a set of C-cell alkaline batteries...no need to periodically recharge the unit or to plug it into a power source

  • PCIe Direct Digital Synthesizer

    Furaxa, Inc.

These devices provide two synchronized DDS-based RF channels on a single PCI card. With fine frequency, amplitude and phase control the Synth1000 products enable a number of advanced applications at a fraction of the cost of conventional equipment. In addition to two analog outputs the Synth1000, up to 4 separate profiles may be dynamically selected using externally supplied TTL signals for low-latency triggered operation such as PSK, FSK, and triggered sweep operation. Software support for Windows 8, 7, Vista, Windows XP and Linux is included. LabVIEW Labview source code available. For detailed specifications, please refer to the Synth1000 Manual.

  • RF Calibration Accessories

    Fluke Calibration

Employing good connector practice when using an RF calibrator not only avoids measurement errors and minimizes connector repeatability uncertainties but also reduces risk of damage to connectors and equipment. The 96000CONN and 9600CONN connector kits include a range of adapters and torque wrenches intended for use with the 96000 Series RF Reference Sources (9600CONN for the 96040A and 96000CONN for the 96270).The 9600CONN connector kit includes one each of 50 Ω and 75 N-Type male-female adapter for use with the 96000 Series levelling head as a “connector saver” or “sacrificial connector” to avoid risk of damage when making connections to UUT/DUT instruments.

  • RF Signal Generators

    Salicon Nano Technology

As Rigol's RF first signal source, the DSG3000 series offers standard AM/FM/ØM analog modulation, as well as options for I/Q modulation and I/Q baseband output. The instrument is available with maximum frequencies of either 3 GHz or 6 GHz. Featuring a high signal purity with phase noise measuring <-110dBc/Hz@20kHz (typical) and a wide output range of -130dBm to +13dBm, the DSG3000 RF signal generator has standard pulse modulation with an on/off ratio of up to 80dB, with optional pulse train generator available. The DSG3000 series also has an amplitude accuracy of <0.5dB (typical).

  • SparkFun Air Quality Breakout

    CCS811 - SparkFun Electronics

The CCS811 Air Quality Breakout is a digital gas sensor solution that senses a wide range of Total Volatile Organic Compounds (TVOCs), including equivalent carbon dioxide (eCO2) and metal oxide (MOX) levels. VOCs are often categorized as pollutants and/or sensory irritants and can come from a variety of sources like construction materials (paint, carpet, etc.), machines (copiers, processors, etc.) and even people (breathing, smoking, etc.). This breakout is intended for indoor air quality monitoring in personal devices such as watches and phones, but we’ve put it on a breakout board so you can use it as a regular I2C device.

  • Tachometers/Stroboscopes

    Shenzhen Graigar Technology Co.,Ltd.

Measurement of the speed of a rotating shaft is a common requirement in many industrial and laboratory applications. Such measurements have usually been carried out in the past with the help of contact type tachometers with friction drive. More recently digital optical non-contact tachometers have been designed which count the reflected pulses from a white patch on the shaft and then display the speed in rpm. The light source is usually a filament lamp operating with dry cells leading to limited life and illumination. A similar ideawith magnetic pick-up from a particular area of the shaft has also been used for speed measurement.

  • 2-Wavelength, Polarization-Maintaining WDMs

    Thorlabs, Inc.

Thorlabs' Fused Polarization Maintaining (PM) Wavelength Division Multiplexers (WDMs) combine two wavelengths of light in PM fiber while maintaining the polarization of the incident light. These WDMs are reversible; they can also be used to split two discrete wavelengths entering the common port into two separate output ports. They are not designed to split the output from a broadband source. PM WDMs are often used for pump / signal applications that incorporate erbium-doped or ytterbium-doped fiber amplifiers. They can be readily customized for a wide variety of applications, enabling rapid design cycles and new project builds.
