This module measures temperatures using 16 electrically insulated measuring channels for temperature sensors. The adjustable acquisition rate per module is 10 samples/s to 0.1 samples/s. Signal smoothing occurs through a parameterized software filter, and high measuring accuracy is possible through 21 Bit resolution. The automotive measuring range is -210 C to 1372 C (-346 F to 2502 F); J, K, and N type thermocouples are used. Data transfer to PC occurs via Ethernet.

To detect radiation, one metal junction is typically blackened to absorb the radiation. The temperature rise of this junction with respect to another non-irradiated junction generates a voltage. ThermaSense is a Wireless temperature and humidity sensor with external humidity and RTD based temperature sensors, the device provides a fast response time for both parameters, Functions include starting, stopping and downloading from the device wirelessly. Data can be provided in real time back to a central PC, or the device may be downloaded at periodic intervals. The digital display provides the current reading for both the humidity and temperature levels with a quick view of minimum, maximum and average statistics of the logged data. An audible buzzer and LED alarm indicator alarms when either parameter is above or below the threshold set. Email and text alarms can also be configured and sent from within the software.

YODA Profiler
The YODA profiler (“Yoing” Ocean Data Acquisition Profiler) is a “tow-yo” instrument to profile the water column with high spatial resolution from small boats without occupying much space. The instrument is provided with a deployment winch and sensors measuring conductivity, temperature, pressure, chlorophyll, turbidity and dissolved oxygen. The brush at the top of the instrument allows for a stabilizing effect on the free-fall sinking speed, which is approximately constant at 0.2 m/s. Averaging Clip-on Extensometer
The Instron 2650 Series Biaxial Extensometers are ideally suited for testing a wide range of materials, including polymer matrix composites, metals, and plastics over a range of temperatures. Two sensors measure axial strain on opposite sides of the specimen. Versions are available which provide either a single averaged axial output or 2 independent axial outputs.
