Portable Temperature Calibrators
Portable temperature calibrators (dry-well calibrators) are electronic controllers which automatically, quickly and dryly supply a temperature. Due to the high reliability, accuracy and simple operation, portable temperature calibrators are particularly suitable as a factory/working standard for the automatic testing and/or calibration of temperature measuring instruments of all types. A major advantage is offered by the large sleeve diameters and the fast, stable temperature control, since, as a result of these characteristics, the time for calibration can be used very effectively.

Proprietary Software
WinFT
WinFT is our proprietary software which makes D&P instruments so functional and easy to winft1_largeuse. Based on the Windows operating system, this software provides simple and intuitive control of the instrument. All of the usual File functions are available, as well as controls over instrument settings such as resolution, apodization, zero-fill and number of coadds. Display options enable the user to display interferograms, spectra or both, as well as to adjust plot scales and units. Onboard math processing allows for real-time calculation of ratio, difference, and absorbance, and when using our calibrated hot-cold blackbody calibrators, the ability to measure calibrated radiance. Further, WinFT offers the ability to measure sample temperature in the radiance function by matching a Planck to the calibrated radiance. With the gold diffuse plate, the software can also compute and display absolute emissivity of samples. Our software also enables exporting of data files, now made even easier with our USB and LAN connections. In addition, the software has been designed to be easily run using the keyboard function keys and single letter commands, making the use of a mouse in the field optionalas well as minimizing key strokes when taking measurements in the field.

Industrial Calibrators
A temperature calibrator, often called a thermometer calibrator, is used to correct inaccuracies in installed thermometers and temperature sensors, because temperature measurement is a critical parameter in many industrial processes. Although simulators are sometimes called temperature calibrators or thermometer calibrators and may be used to provide thermometer calibration for the electronics in an installed system, a temperature source with a calibrated reference sensor is still required to provide a complete and meaningful calibration. Fluke Calibration industrial and field temperature calibrators include: Metrology Wells; Field Metrology Wells; field dry-well calibrators; handheld dry block calibrators; Micro-Baths; large target infrared calibrators; field IR calibrators; ice-point dry-well; and thermocouple furnaces.

Trace-Level Photometric Ozone Calibrator
Model T703U
Teledyne Advanced Pollution Instrumentation
The Model T703U is a microprocessor controlled ozone calibrator for precision gas analyzers. Expanded ozone audit levels have created a need for precise ozone calibration well below the capabilities of standard calibrators. The Model T703U is designed to meet the requirements of ultra-low ozone production. In addition to a high range with similar performance to the Model T703, the Model T703U has the capability to generate ozone in a low range, or "fractional" mode, for producing ozone levels down to 3 ppb, with exceptional accuracy. Flow rate and lamp intensity are adjusted to deliver a specified ozone concentration by volume. The temperature and pressure compensated photometer, identical to that of the Model T400 ozone analyzer, provides feedback control of the UV lamp intensity, assuring stable ozone output. A nearly unlimited number of calibration sequences may be programmed into the non-volatile memory of the T703U, covering time periods up to a year.

Temperature & Process Calibrators
The most sophisticated industrial equipment will not be useful unless it is calibrated. GAOTek Process Calibrators are used to adjust instruments’ accuracy, and they are the only process calibrator you will ever need to carry. They can measure temperature, pressure, voltage, resistance and frequency, and can be used during troubleshooting. Through calibration, you can ensure that any equipment performs as expected and that it can be relied on to deliver predictable and accurate results that meet quality standards. GAOTek Process Calibrators come with a USB interface which makes it easier to transfer the results to other devices which otherwise would have taken a long time to transcribe them. Our Process Calibrators are for sale to the United States, Canada and globally.
