This improve test speed dramatically and makes the Chroma 8000 an ideal choice for both high speed production applications as well as design verification.

  • Relay Test System

    303 Series - SemiTek International

The SemiTek 303-Relay Test System is PC-based and designed to test the integrity of electromechanical or coax relay devices. The system may be configured for multi-terminal testing right from the main station and the PC. With production and final test in mind, the 303-Relay Test System can perform an array of tests and control device output binning in a fraction of the time of any other tester on the market. Under program control, the test system can test: * Pull In/Drop Out * Contact Voltage Drop * Insulation Leakage * Variable AC Coil Frequency * Timing * Coil Resistance * Semiconductor * Isolation * Contact Resistance * Dielectric Withstanding. To maximize the system’s resources, multiple switching cards can be configured for additional test terminals (subject to space) allowing an operator to test at one site while prepping another. This helps to maximize the use of the system. In this configuration, each terminal may test the same or a different relay part.

  • Real Time Platform for Machine Data

    RTTK - FishEye Software, Inc.

RTTK provides real-time X ray-like data access to unlock highly detailed binary data in the language of domain experts. FishEye’s technology captures real-time data in a system’s native binary but uses a unique and innovative Metadata Injection process to store the data in an open standards, platform independent, self-describing and high-performance data format. The access exposes internal data that otherwise may not be available to end-users, is distributed over system tasks and computers, or is challenging to collect because of the large volume. System developers can reduce development cost and risk by reducing time spent developing data capture functions, reduce post processing time by eliminating the post processing data conversion step, and quickly assess how the software is performing. Integrators and Testers can use internal data to diagnose problems, verify proper operation, and increase testing automation.

  • Thermal Imaging System for Electronics Testing

    ETS320 - FLIR Systems, Inc.

FLIR engineered the ETS320 for thermal testing and analysis in electronic on electronic components and printed circuit boards (PCBs). It combines a high-sensitivity thermal camera with an adjustable table stand to provide consistent, non-contact thermal testing through the entire electronics design, development, and production process. With more than 76,000 points of temperature measurement, the FLIR ETS320 allows users to monitor thermal performance, detect hot spots, and identify potential points of failure during product development. The camera’s measurement accuracy and its ability to visualize small temperature differences help testers evaluate thermal performance, ensure environmental compatibility, and troubleshoot problems for a wide range of components. The rechargeable, battery-powered ETS320 sets up quickly and easily, so product developers can have an immediate, real-time view into the thermal performance of their designs. The unit comes fully assembled and ready to connect to a PC running FLIR Tools+ software for detailed data analysis, recording, and reporting.

  • Solar Installation Test Kit

    PV210 - Seaward Group USA

The Seaward Solar PV210 PV installation tester provides a highly efficient and effective test and diagnostic solution for PV systems, carrying out all commissioning tests required by IEC 62446 and performing fast and accurate measurement of I-V curves in accordance with IEC 61829. With direct connection to individual PV modules or strings using the supplied lead sets, tests can be conducted easily and within a matter of seconds at the press of a single button. A high contrast display is clearly visible in direct sunlight and shows open circuit voltage, short circuit current, maximum power point voltage, current and power, as well as the fill factor of the PV module or system under test, and insulation resistance (as part of an auto sequence or a discrete probe to probe measurement). If the measured curve deviates from the expected profile, the PV210 alerts the user to this, identifying the need for further analysis.

  • TDR Cable Analyzer

CT100B - MOHR Test and Measurement llc

The CT100B is special for two reasons: (1) It is the industry''s only high-resolution portable TDR providing step TDR impedance waveforms with resolution sufficient to show connector detail (~1 cm), and (2) it is the industry''s first portable TDR capable of making frequency domain S-parameter measurements including return loss (S11) and cable loss / insertion loss (S21). "High resolution TDR is extremely useful for detecting and localizing cable faults and characterizing cable and connector performance, but historically, portable TDRs have been unable to display OSL-calibrated S-parameter measurements," said Brandt Mohr, MOHR chief technologist. "The CT100B includes that capability, making it a very versatile instrument. If you can only carry one cable tester out into the field with you, it should be the CT100B."

  • Stray Voltage Detector

    LV-5 - HD Electric Company

The Stray Voltage Detector, model LV-5, is used to detect stray voltage as low as 5 volts which may be present on any electrically conductive surface such as street light poles, guide guy wires, wood transmission poles, meter cans, manhole covers and many other metallic surfaces in and around electrical utilities. This newer LV-5 has a bigger, more robust grip, a brighter LED indication that improves daylight visibility and has a tester built into the holster to quickly test the detector on a known voltage source before and after use. Otherwise it operates the same as the LV-S-5. The Detector operates by holding it with a bare or gloved hand and directly contacting the metal tip of the Detector to the potentially energized source.
