Lambient Technologies
Organizations working on new thermosets or new thermoset formulations need an intimate understanding of how these materials cure before they can proceed to the next step in the research, quality control, or production process. What happens when the material is heated? When is the best time to apply pressure to squeeze out voids? How fast does the material react at 120C? 150C? 180C? Most organizations today address this need by curing a sample for an arbitrary amount of time before using inexact, error-prone manual methods, or complex thermal analytical instruments to test cure state. Maybe the sample has reached the end of cure, but maybe not. With traditional methods, it’s difficult to tell for sure. How can organizations determine whether they’re processing materials longer than necessary? Dielectric cure monitoring lets them know for sure.

DOP-201 -
General Photonics Corp.
The DOP-201 measures and displays the Degree of Polarization (DOP) of a light source in real time on the front panel display. The instruments incorporates a patented maximum & minimum search technique that accurately measures both low and high DOP. This technique is superior to polarimeter-based methods that are inaccurate at low values of DOP as well as scrambler-based methods which are less accurate at high values of DOP.

RINKO II / II D -
JFE Advantech Co., Ltd.
Rinko II is a digital output version with a fast-response optical DO sensor. The instrument can be easily integrated on platforms, because it works with communications by RS-232C or RS-485 and an external power (12 to 24V DC).Rinko IID has not only a temperature sensor but also a depth sensor. Their models can monitor DO in real time, if you have a personal computer and an external power.

EV-120 -
KELLER AG für Druckmesstechnik
The EV-120 is a digital pressure indicator, designed for use in conjunction with a KELLER Series 30 transmitter. Together, these two instruments build a highly precise pressure measuring device. The EV-120 interrogates the Series 30 transmitter and updates the display two times every second. The display shows after turn-on the full-scale pressure range of the transmitter and then the actual pressure reading.

SDL Atlas
For monitoring the quality of spun yarn or detecting broken filaments. The portable battery-powered unit uses an infrared detecting head, while low power circuitry ensures a long battery life, typically 10 hours. A two line intelligent display (LCD) shows the measurement time (seconds) and count. If the batteries are low on charge, a message will appear requesting the batteries to be charged.
