onTAP’s THREE TAP CONNECT JTAG -
Flynn Systems Corp.
Connect the TAP CONNECT JTAG Controller to your application with either the Xilinx ribbon cable, flying leads, or Altera style adaptors. The onTAP TAP CONNECT Controller automatically senses and adjusts to target I/O voltages and interfaces to devices operating at 1.8 to 5.0 VDC for the standard controller, or 0.99 to 3.6 VDC for the low voltage controller, using the VREF voltage from the target chain. If there is no VREF available, you can set the voltage for the target application from the TAP CONNECT Controller. This facilitates easy configuration to many different JTAG ports, which is helpful in design and manufacturing.

Analog Devices Inc.
A difference amplifier is a special purpose amplifier designed to measure differential signals, otherwise known as a subtractor. A key feature of a difference amplifier is its ability to remove unwanted common mode signals, known as common mode rejection (CMR). Unlike most types of amplifiers, difference amplifiers are typically able to measure voltages beyond the supply rails, and are used in applications where large dc or ac common-mode voltages are present. They are ideal for current and voltage monitoring. Analog Devices offers a range of difference amplifiers, optimized for low distortion, low power, or high voltage performance.

The main components of electrical and hybrid vehicles are the electrical motor and the battery. Furthermore, inverters convert the DC voltage of the battery into AC currents for the motor. Battery chargers convert the AC voltage from the grid to the DC voltage of the battery, DCDC-converters shift energy between LV and HV battery and power distribution units make sure, that all components including additional loads may be safely connected in the car.
