    5E-HGT2320 Automatic Mercury Analyzer is used to determine the mercury in liquid and solid material such as coal, coal fly ash, soil, sludge, sediment, ore, mineral, foodstuff, waste water and fodder. 5E-HGT2320 is a direct mercury analyzer of solid and liquid samples which employs the thermal decomposition process described in U.S. EPA Method 7473. The samples are firstly dried, in which moisture shall be discharged in a form of vapor by a three-way valve. Then the sample is thermally decomposed in an oxygen-rich stream and the decomposition products are carried by flowing oxygen to the catalytic section of the furnace, where oxidation is completed and all interfering substances, such as halogens and nitrogen/sulfur oxides are eliminated. The remaining decomposition products are further carried to a gold amalgamator where the mercury is selectively trapped.

    ATP-R converts an analog signal into a digital pulse output signal. The user can select eight standard analog input ranges to the ATP by changing jumper shunt positions. To select the output pulse range, the ATP has an eight position DIP switch. The output pulse is continuous with a one second off between pulses. ATP-R Version 2 operates the same except no pulse output occurs when the analog input falls to, or below 10% of the input signal range. This allows for a true "OFF" setting for solid state relays controlling electric heat. The ATP-T is a Triac Output (24VAC only). You need to contact ACIfor technical asistance when ordering. ATP-Y is a also a Form C Relay Output (24VAC or VDC) with an option of two pulse ouput ranges designed to communicate with York(TM) Chiller Control Packages. Some chiller control panels require a 1-11 or 0-21 second pulse to remotely reset chilled water temperatures.

    The A&D Flat Belt Tire Test Machine is an indoor tire force and moment testing machine. It allows the tire to be tested against a flat surface under dynamic conditions. The flat surface is emulated by an electrically controlled belt-pulley assembly while the tire load is supported by an air bearing (for passenger cars loads) or a water bearing (for higher loads) that is present under the belt. This belt-pulley assembly rests over a hydraulic shaker system that can emulate tire vertical motion and slip-angle generation in a highly dynamic fashion. The tire stand itself is capable of changing the tire vertical load and camber angle during the test run. Forces and moments experienced by the tire are measured at a high sample rate using A&D’s 6-component Plate Force Sensor (PFS) mounted on the tire stand.
