Traditional pair tracers allow you identify wire pairs remotely by applying some form of tone to the wire and using a detector to seek this signal at a remote location. Greenlee produces a wide range of tone generators and detectors from the very simplest, to advanced noise cancelling and highly sensitive types. Information from all parts tested are stored by part number or other designator. Trend Tracker screens are simple and easy to navigate using drop down menus for each test to select the desired test data to view on the graphs. Once a test is selected, the Test Readings Graph and Histogram are updated automatically. These graphs show a graphic representation of the readings obtained for the selected test.

    The VF1600 Test Station is a high current forward pulser designed to be used in conjunction with our FEC200E tester. This gives you all the versatility of the proven FEC200 with the addition of much higher forward current. The VF1600 station can produce a maximum current of 1600A at up to 5V using an 8.3 mS half sine waveform at the built in test station, and THETA and DVF tests at up to 500A at 10mS pulse width. It is derated for wider pulses. For rectangular VF pulses at 300us or 1ms, it can produce up to 2000A. The station can also test all of the usual FEC200 tests in the same test program.

    Optilab’s BERT is a cost effective bit error rate tester system. When used as a ParBERT, it outputs 16 channels data pattern, and also acts as the 16 channel error analyzer. The user selectable reference clock allows testing BER at a specific data rate with external clock input or at a pre-defined data rate using the internal clock. Each channel supports data rate up to 3 Gbps. Moreover, a SFI-5 compliant deskew channel provides parallel alignment information between channels. The error detector checks error rate in each data lane and detect channel parallel misalignment up to 15 UI.
