SDLVA Modules
Analog Devices, the world-class supplier of complete MMIC-based solutions for communication and aerospace and military markets, offers two successive detection log video amplifiers (SDLVAs) that operate over the 0.6 GHz to 20 GHz and 2 GHz to 20 GHz frequency ranges, respectively. They feature power limiter circuitry at the RF input and carry a Class 1A ESD rating (250 V HBM). They are available in miniature connectorized module packaging and are ideal for designers with space and power-constrained applications, including EW and ELINT receivers, DF radar, ECM, IFM systems, and missile guidance.
