Measuring the line loop contact resistance by bridges is not the ideal method as the test current is only a few milli amperes. Thus the value is not the true value of the contact resistance. Model HL- 200 is a direct reading tester, and uses a test current of 200A DC, resulting in true value and accurate measurements.
