Ka-Band Silicon SATCOM Tx Quad Core IC
AWMF-0109
The AWMF-0109 is a highly integrated silicon quad core chip intended for satellite communications transmit applications. The device supports four dual polarization radiating elements with full programmable polarization flexibility. The device provides 22 dB of gain per channel with an output power of +12 dBm per element per polarization. Additional features include gain compensation over temperature, temperature reporting, and Tx output power telemetry. The chip features ESD protection on all pins, operates from a +1.8 V supply, and is packaged in a 48 lead 6x6 mm QFN for easy installation in planar phased array antennas.

It enables simultaneous operation of multiple transceivers in extreme cosite environments. The ICE3001 provides multiple poles of RF selectivity to reduce broadband noise, harmonics, and spurious signals for either receive or transmit applications. This filter is a highly integrated design incorporating complete Built-in-Test capability. The design has been qualified for military applications. ICE3006
The ICE3006 is an agile filter/amplifier cascade for the UHF frequency band with a VHF bypass. It enables simultaneous operation of multiple transceivers in the cosite environment. This filter/amplifier provides multiple poles of RF selectivity to reduce broadband noise, harmonics, and spurious signals while still providing full output power in transmit mode and excellent selectivity to interfering signals at the transceiver’s RF input in receive mode. All transmit, receive, and bypass switching is incorporated into the three-port design (LOS and SATCOM). The ICE3006 incorporates extensive Built-in-Test capability and is qualified for airborne applications. A mounting tray is available as an option for easy incorporation on your platform. Mini-Circuits’ ZN4PD1-183W+ is a 4-way 0˚ splitter/combiner covering a wide range of applications from 4000 to 18000 MHz including test and measurement, EW, SatCom and more.
