Elasticity, Bend & Impact Testers
The performance of coatings when influenced by external stresses caused by stretching, bending or impact, determines their suitability for their designed application. A coating designed for use in the coil coating industry, for example, should have the ability to stretch as the substrate is formed into its desired shape without damage.

Film Application & Test Charts
For numerous products, such as paint, ink, varnishes, glue and cosmetics, the reliability of many laboratory tests is directly related to the quality and consistency of the samples. Any measurements made on coatings for the purpose of describing their physical properties (drying time, elasticity, abrasion, gloss, colour, shade, etc.) are made on the basis of uniform and comparable samples with precisely controlled thickness.

Network Functions Virtualization
Communications service providers expect network functions virtualization (NFV) solutions to drive efficiencies, improve service agility and fundamentally change the way they do business. By consolidating network functions onto virtualized, cloud-based offerings, service providers can reduce proprietary hardware dependencies, contain CAPEX and OPEX, and increase service velocity. GENBAND’s Virtual Network Functions (VNFs) and VNF management framework solutions aid service providers with these business goals through full support of elasticity, scalability, geo-distribution and orchestration tenets for cloud and virtualized environments.

Material Science Laboratory Instruments
our material science laboratory instruments basically consists of four instruments first, young modulus apparatus which is used for determining the young modulus elasticity of a wire by stretching it. Then second is curie temperature kit which is used for determining the Curie Temperature. With the determination of dielectric constant of PZT material with Temperature variation. After that comes dielectric constant kit which is used for measuring the dielectric constant of solids and lastly our universal B-H Curve Tracer which is used for tracing the B-H loop which is very difficult and needs a good machinery for doing so.

Mechanical Testing Services
The physical and mechanical testing of a product comprises a critical part of the product and development process. Applied physical force such as vibration, shock stresses, and strain can reveal the inelastic behavior of the material. Mechanical testing allows the product developers to understand the product better, identify vulnerabilities, and establish stronger quality control. Mechanical testing employs a variety of strength tests that can determine the suitability of a material or component for the intended application. It measures characteristics such as elasticity, tensile strength, elongation, hardness, facture toughness, impact resistance, stress fracture, and the fatigue limit.

Cupping Tester
PCE-CPT 20
PCE-CPT 20 is a cupping tester, or coating flexibility tester, used for testing the adhesion, elongation and deformability of paints, lacquers, varnishes, powder coatings and other surface coatings on metal sheets. Used in manufacturing production, paint shop and quality control applications, the PCE-CPT 20 cupping tester aids in determining coating strength, durability and elasticity. A mandatory test in Qualicoat and QIB accredited quality control laboratories, a cupping test, also referred to as an Erichsen test or dent test, uses a spherical punch to deform a sample. This deformation results in a cup-like bulge. When using the PCE-CPT 20 to perform a cupping test in accordance with the ISO 1520 standard, the sample should be placed coating side up so that the 20 mm spherical punch presses against the uncoated underside of the metal sheet. The cupping test is terminated when small cracks and/or detachments are observed on the bulged part of the sample. The PCE-CPT 20 cupping tester's easy-to-read display shows the bulge deformation distances that can be used to determine the coating's flexibility rating.

Tensile Properties of Thin Plastic Sheeting
ASTM D882
This test method covers the determination of tensile properties of plastics in the form of thin sheeting and films (less than 1.0 mm (0.04 in.) in thickness). Film is defined in Terminology D883 as an optional term for sheeting having a nominal thickness no greater than 0.25 mm (0.010 in.). Tensile properties of plastics 1.0 mm (0.04 in.) or greater in thickness shall be determined according to Test Method D638. This test method can be used to test all plastics within the thickness range described and the capacity of the machine employed. Specimen extension can be measured by grip separation, extension indicators, or displacement of gage marks. The procedure for determining the tensile modulus of elasticity is included at one strain rate. The modulus determination is generally based on the use of grip separation as a measure of extension; however, the desirability of using extensometers, is recognized and provision for the use of such instrumentation is incorporated in the procedure. Test data obtained by this test method is relevant and appropriate for use in engineering design. The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as the standard. The values in parentheses are provided for information only. This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use. It is the responsibility of the user of this standard to establish appropriate safety and health practices and determine the applicability of regulatory limitations prior to use.
